Teen With Autism And His Twin Sister Named Homecoming King And Queen

For high schools across the nation, football games and the homecoming court go hand-in-hand with the fall season. Weatherford High School in Texas just crowned their homecoming king and queen, and their story will warm your heart.

Robby and Paulie Cocke are fraternal twins, and have been inseparable most of their lives. Robby was diagnosed with autism at the age of three, and Paulie has always considered herself to be like a second mom to him. The whole family was overjoyed when the twins were both nominated to the homecoming court — and beyond proud when the two were crowned king and queen.

Robby’s favorite part about being crowned? Walking on the field as they called his name.
